Date-Unavailable Form: create a page that will include your Request Information Form for your potential clients to fill out should their date be unavilable you can still have their contact info should the date free up or if you know someone you trust can take the gig. This page should not be accessible on any pages or your nav menu. This page should only be accessible when filling out the Check Availability. We suggest a url like this (e.g.; www.yourwebsite.com/date-unavailable).
